I Events on Genetically Modified Foods

Two events were held as part of Forum activities at Spaces, No.1. Elliots Beach Rd., Besant Nagar, Chennai-90.

1. Screening of 'The World According to Monsanto', a film directed by independent film maker Marie-Monique Robin. 7-9 pm on Thursday, 20 November, 2008.

2. 'Genetically Modified Food in India', a talk and discussion led by Kavitha Kuruganti (Centre for Sunstainable Agriculture, Hyderabad). 4-6 pm on Sunday, 23 November, 2008.

Suggested donation: Rs. 30/- per person for each programme.
