Millet dosa

 3 cups ragi (or) bajra (or) jowar
 1/4 cup urad dal
 1 tsp methi seeds
 salt to taste

 1. Soak ragi, urad dal and methi seeds together for at least 12-15 hours.
 2. Grind using a mixer or a grinder to a consistency a little coarser than normal dosa batter. Add salt to taste. Make dosas on the pan.
