* women's tops, off-white denim fabric and thick off-white fabric suitable for making pants or salwars – Non GM cotton seeds, natural dye block-prints, from Weaver Bird – Gujarat
* bio-cotton women’s garments and sarees with Lambadi tribal embroidery from Porgai – Sittlingi, Tamil Nadu
Program
10 am to 6 pm: exhibition and sale
3 pm – 4.30 pm: Is an eco-friendly, ecologically light garment a distant dream? – a presentation on hand spinning, hand weaving, natural dyeing and their impacts on livelihoods and environment by Ananthoo, Tula
Note: our Saturday vegetable & fruit market will take place as usual on Oct 11th starting around 1130 am.
